Please discuss these rules and safety regulations listed below with your family members before using the pool facility.
- The Lifeguard is responsible for enforcing pool rules.
- No jumping or diving from the lifeguard stand.
- Princeton Corners members must accompany pool guests.
- Lifeguards must guard from the lifeguard stand or from an area on the paddock where all swimmers can be observed.
- Standard Red Cross safety rules will be enforced at all times.
- Children under the age of 11 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.
- No sitting with or unnecessary talking with lifeguards while on duty.
- Unqualified swimmers must stay in the shallow end unless accompanied by an adult.
- No hanging on the pool rope, running, or horse play around the pool.
- A 15 minute adult (18 years of age or older) swim time will be observed hourly. Time determined by the lifeguard. (Please, children completely out of the pool during this time).
- People with communicable diseases, open sores, or infectious eyes will be restricted from pool usage.
- Proper bathing attire required.
- Non-potty trained children must wear disposable swim diapers – NO EXCEPTIONS!
- No chewing tobacco or glassware allowed on recreational grounds.
- No pets allowed inside the pool fence.
- Pool may be closed for safety, health, or operational reasons.
- Bicycles must be parked outside the lawn area.
- Flotation devices in shallow water only as permitted by lifeguard.
- Tennis balls are not to be used in the pool area. Nerf-type balls may be used.
- All lost items will be retained in the pump room “Lost and Found” box.
